Explore all of that which impacts the flavour of the coffee in your cup – from growing to processing to roasting, each stage coming together to create a unique sensory experience. Our Open Bookings allow guests of all kinds to join together, regardless of their coffee experience, to connect and enjoy our coffees with expert explanations of each coffee’s terroir.

ABOUT THIS TASTING
Our Open Booking tasting is based on a cupping – an industry-wide used brewing method to best evaluate the profiles of a wide range of coffees. Kept blind to allow you to explore them with curiosity, this side-by-side tasting unlocks the sensory experience of each coffee’s unique flavour. As we reveal the coffees, we dive into why you’re tasting what you’re tasting, with explanations of the impact of each step of the coffee's journey on the final cup. Please note the tasting room is not suited for children under 12.
