We’ve been wanting to do this for a while, and now it’s actually happening: our first book.
It’s a coffee table book, but really it’s a collection of everyone who’s been part of this, partners, clients, friends, the people who showed up, poured coffee, ran pop-ups with us, and stuck around long enough to become part of the story. Some anecdotes made it in that we’re still not sure we should have shared. Others we’re just proud to finally put on paper.
We’re launching it in Amsterdam first, where most of this started, before taking it on a small tour through Europe and North America to see some of you in person.

PLAQ makes some of the best chocolate, all texture and depth, and we’ve been wanting to do something with them for a while. November felt right, so for five days, our showroom turns into a little corner of proper hot chocolate, cuppings paired with chocolate, and a few more surprises we’re not going to spoil here.
