Join us for a curated tasting, pairing five coffees from Dak alongside five chocolates from Plaq. Each pairing brings out the unique sensory experiences of both as they complement each other, awakening the senses and resulting in a truly luxurious taste experience. With presentations from both Dak’s Coffee Education Manager Lana Gormley and Plaq’s co-founder Nicolas Rozier-Chabert, we will dive into the processes, origins and terroir of each to discover the stories behind their rich flavours.

This is what brought DAK and PLAQ together: a shared passion for two different but deeply connected raw materials: coffee and cacao. Renowned Parisian chocolatiers PLAQ are passionate about the pure tastes that can be found from the crafting of rare cacao beans into a refined chocolate experience. At DAK, we share this passion for coffee beans and the unique profiles that they can present with careful sourcing and roasting. Join us for a curated tasting, pairing five coffees from DAK alongside five chocolates from Plaq. Each pairing brings out the unique sensory experiences of both as they complement each other, awakening the senses and resulting in a truly luxurious taste experience.
