An intimate, omakase-inspired tasting experience, a menu built around the very best coffees that we have on offer. Our Tasting Room transforms into a storytelling space, your host guiding you through the many stages of a coffee’s journey and their impacts on the flavours in your cup. Every detail is intentional, providing a curated experience truly worthy of the care of the many hands that have worked to uplift and uphold the high quality of the coffee before ours.

ABOUT THIS TASTING
A curated menu, showcasing competition-level coffees dialed-in to their highest potential. Every detail is carefully crafted, from the mineral makeup of the water to the dialling-in of the extraction. Your host will present three courses: a filter course, an espresso and milk pairing course and a Signature Drink. Please note the tasting room is not suited for children under 12.
