Beyond them, you’ll find our coffees in plenty of other places too, though what’s on the shelf changes from one to the next, and some carry a rotating selection rather than our full lineup. ROASTERY AMSTERDAM
Our roastery sits in Amsterdam Noord, overlooking the IJ. It’s home to two IMF roasters, our QC lab, warehouse, and the team behind packing and dispatch. This is where our coffees arrive green, get roasted, dialled in, and quality-checked before making their way to more than forty countries around the world. The roastery is closed to the public, but you can taste our coffees at our showroom in Amsterdam West. We’d love to have you there.

Part tasting room, part working coffee bar. A menu of coffees to drink, the full collection to take home, and pieces you won’t find online. In the private tasting room, there’s time to compare coffees side by side, ask questions, and follow what changes from one cup to the next.
